Job Description:

You will be primarily responsible for expanding our existing and new business, either through finding new distributors initially in Europe or expanding the collaboration with existing partners, all in pursuit of our goal to grow our business and achieve long-term success.

As our International Business Development Manager, it will be your job to generate leads together with our support team in all relevant territories. This will be done via a variety of methods which include cold calling or cold acquisition. You are able to adapt and enhance our lead generation strategies to align with various needs and market demands. You will be following up on all generated leads while keeping the team informed on the progress. Furthermore, you will have the responsibility of achieving the budget with our existing partners who are key to our organisation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential international leads (distributors) in 25 international markets and reach out to them
  • Leading the communication with new and existing distribution partners and liaising with internal departments to ensure these partners have adequate information and resources to sell our products
  • Build collaborative relationships with our international partners thereby focusing on key accounts
  • You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our products successfully with our partners
  • Responsible for budget

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in the field of Micronutrients, Pharma
  • Proven excellence as key account manager of business development manager (or other similar roles)
  • Enthusiastic about cold calling and finding new distributors
  • Great communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive and self-motivated
  • You are a confident, high-energy person with a positive attitude
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) and preferably speak a second language 
  • Fixed salary and high bonus scheme based on budget
  • Works from our Frankfurt office
